Dalia Ranem is co-founder of DIWAN Group GmbH and a key figure in the strategic and operational development of the entire group.

She studied business and computer science in Germany and has in-depth expertise in corporate management, digital business processes and IT-supported organisational structures. Her career as an SAP consultant and in software engineering shaped her ability to bridge technology and management.

Ms Ranem is also a court-authorised translator for Arabic and has worked as a translator and interpreter for the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). This has given her extensive experience in official procedures and intercultural communication.

Within DIWAN Group, she is responsible for corporate strategy, expansion, quality management, certification processes and central operational areas, including financial structure and organisational development. She also leads public relations, network building and institutional and political communication.

With her strategic vision, leadership experience and ability to deliver, Ms Ranem is a driving force behind the sustainable development of DIWAN Group.

Dr. Ammar Zaal is a versatile and highly qualified expert within our team and co-founder of DIWAN Group GmbH.

As a doctor of international law, former university professor, out-of-court legal adviser and registered legal service provider under § 10 of the German Legal Services Act (RDG, foreign law), he brings comprehensive expertise and many years of advisory experience.

Dr. Zaal also works as a mediator, systemic coach and integration coach. His work focuses in particular on legal orientation, out-of-court advice, integration support and helping people with an international background with complex administrative and life matters.

Alongside his professional work, Dr. Zaal holds managing positions in several subsidiaries of DIWAN Group GmbH and plays a key role in shaping the strategic and content development of the group.

His work is carried out within the legal framework of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). For further legal representation under German law, DIWAN Group cooperates with lawyers admitted in Germany.

With his intercultural expertise, legal competence and many years of advisory practice, Dr. Zaal makes a significant contribution to the quality of our services.
